Description
Our finest flat bench, from our premier Pro Series line of Olympic benches. A frame composed of 11 gauge steel with only four frame bolts means that there’s more rigidity and strength than needed in even the most demanding of weight lift environments. The Multi-Catch Racking System is entirely chrome plated and provides additional safety throughout the rep range.
Resistance band pegs down low provide more versatility and the pad is composed of high density foam with top-stitched 32 oz. stain-resistant upholstery. Ten chrome plated weight storage pegs are Olympic-sized and numbered for plate denominations. There’s not a more complete Olympic bench on the market.

Description
Build the upper chest effectively and safely with our Pro Series Olympic Incline. The 3241 has several features that elevate it above our standard Olympic incline. The angled uprights keep bar catches within reach but out of the way for freedom of movement. The footrest encourages proper form by assisting the user in not arching their back. The scratch-resistant, 3/8 inch chrome-plated carbon steel Multi-Catch Racking System offers an additional level of safety during reps. Resistance band pegs allow you to add an extra dimension to a chest workout.
The Pro Series Olympic Incline bench was CAD developed. This means there’s minimal bolt usage which eases installation without compromises to stability or strength. The integrated chrome-plated plate storage keeps plates off the floor and out of harm’s way. Rubber feet provide a solid purchase on the gym floor and do their part to make this bench feel as though it were cut from a solid piece of steel.

Description
The Pro Series Olympic Shoulder is one fully featured device. Featuring dual uprights and chrome plated multi-racking front and rear for increased safety and to give the user the option of working the barbell in front of the head or behind it, military-style. Competition Flat Bench Press

Description
Designed to meet all all industry standards for bench press competitions, the Competition Flat Bench Press has all the right measurements:
- Pad surface height: 17″
- Pad dimensions: 51.5″ x 12″

- One inch hole spacing
- Spotter platform dimensions: 18″ x 30″
Constructed from 11 gauge steel and only requiring two frame bolts, this strong setup will not flex or shimmy, even when the heaviest weight is racked. Added support underneath the shoulder area and bolt-down tabs offer an extra layer of rigidity and stability.
The chrome-plated bar catches are four inches wide and extra-tall, making it easier to safely rack up, and the polymer coating inside helps protect the knurling on bars. The bar catches are welded to chrome plated posts, which feature laser-cut numbering for easy adjustments, and holes in one-in increments. They adjust from 29 inches all the way up to 44 inches and are secured by a ½-inch pop pin.
The pad is made of ultra-dense foam padding covered in double-stitched 32-ounce marine-grade vinyl. It sits 17” off the floor and measures 51 ½ inches by 12 inches, providing a sturdy base that doesn’t get in the way of a lifter’s shoulder blades.
The frame is powder coated in any one of our standard colors. Wear guards along the bottom of the uprights allows you to lean plates that aren’t in use against it, without worrying about scratches. A welded-on spotter platform measures 18 by 30 inches and is made from diamond plate. This provides a stable space for a spotter to catch any missed lifts.
