The pin select Neck Machine from Gymfab is an excellent training solution for the overlooked muscles in the neck. Strengthening these muscle groups can mean the difference between a serious injury and an uncomfortable moment. The difference here is the dual rotating headpiece.
It looks deceptively simple, but the movement keeps your head in a comfortable position throughout the full range of motion. The adjustable seat and four foam-coated grips make it so you can correctly align yourself to work your neck from four different positions.
The weight stack is easily reached from the exercise position, so making changes between sets is quick.

The Neck Machine comes with a 75-pound weight stack standard. It is composed of five pound plates. You can also upgrade the weight stack to 100 pounds, also in five-pound increments, if you like.

If you’re in need of a stand-alone pin select back blaster, look no further than the Seated Row. Like most Legend Fitness items, the frame is fully welded, so there’s no assembly. A fully welded frame also means less maintenance and more rigidity than units with tons of bolts. Steel shrouds cover all the moving parts, while the cable itself is of aviation grade and moves across glass-reinforced nylon pulleys that feature shielded bearings.
The deep 38.25-inch seat allows users of all heights to find a comfortable starting position, and a chrome-plated foot bar is at the right height to give the right amount of leverage.
The Seated Row comes supplied with 200 pound weight stack in 10-pound plates. If that’s not enough, you can upgrade to 250 or 300 pounds, also in 10-pound increments.
